Mohammed Mustapher is the Chief Executive Officer of MO1 Company Ltd, a leading firm in Ghana specializing in heavy equipment rentals, operator services, real estate development, civil construction, and gold mining. With years of experience in heavy machinery operations, he has built a strong reputation for excellence and expertise in the industry.
His journey began with a deep passion for heavy-duty machinery, leading him to enroll in a Caterpillar training program at Mantrac Training School. In 2010, he started his career as an excavator operator at Ecojay Company Ltd, where he quickly earned recognition for his technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues.
In 2012, Mohammed was promoted to a supervisory role, overseeing a team of Caterpillar operators. His responsibilities included work scheduling, equipment maintenance, and training new operators, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
By 2013, he joined Engineers and Planners, one of Ghana’s largest mining and construction firms. His exceptional leadership and expertise led to his appointment as Chief Overall Excavator Operator from 2015 to 2023, where he played a key role in managing large-scale excavation projects.
Driven by an entrepreneurial vision, Mohammed established MO1 Company Ltd, leveraging his industry experience to provide top-tier machinery solutions and construction services. His company has grown to become a trusted name in the sector, recognized for reliability, professionalism, and innovation.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mohammed is passionate about continuous learning and industry advancement. He is a proud member of the Ghana Heavy Duty Operators, staying engaged with the latest industry trends and developments. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, reading novels, and spending quality time with his family.
